Professional Experience
Over the past ten years, I have worked with Adolescents as a Wilderness Therapist in Oregon at Catherine Freer Wilderness Therapy Expeditions. I worked as the Clinical Supervisor and Family Therapist with adolescents and families at Haven Youth and Family Services in Winnetka. I have been in private practice since 2006, and recently worked as a Yoga Therapist at Yellowbrick Program in Evanston. I have been teaching Yoga for five years and I currently teach classes at Heaven Meets Earth Yoga Studio and Lifetime Fitness Center.
